1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and aac365 ("aac365", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the aac365 website located at https://aac365.org, its mobile-optimised version, and all associated services including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, and wallet functionality.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other security credentials associated with your aac365 account. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. aac365 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel.

You must notify aac365 immediately by contacting support at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your security credentials have been compromised. aac365 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) & Verification

15. Account Suspension & Termination

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification requirements.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and aac365 with respect to your use of the aac365 platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
